Whenever you design a new website/blog you will need to get noticed by the search engine bots pretty quickly so that your site will be listed in the search engine. Once you get your website/blog listed in the search engines you will then start to rank for your chosen keywords.

One way to ensure a fast listing is to build back links.

There are many ways you can gain back links and some of the methods are difficult and time consuming while other methods are relatively easy to do and can be quite enjoyable.

The first way is to approach other blog owners and ask them to trade links or articles. This means you will need to find like themed sites to your own and then ask the site owner to swap links. Too time consuming and often fails dismally.

Another way is to leave comments on blogs sites and hope a search engine bot might find your link in the comment section and then travel to your site.

These two ways are time consuming and there is a better way to build back links that is quick, effective and guarantees results. The results you are looking for is that one your site gets listed on the search engines and two your chosen keyword get listed on page 1 near to the top, preferably within the first five positions.

Lets just say you have built your website/blog and it looks just fine as you expected it to. You have filled the site with good quality original content and made the side bars neat and attractive. Now let’s go get it listed in the search engine and wait for all that traffic. Here’s how..

You will have on your website/blog a favorite page, the one that stands out to you and that your very proud of. Go to that post and submit it to Digg. When you submit to Digg the search bot will race other bots to get to that page and will list it, instantly in the search engine.

No that’s not all. You now need to submit that post to Mixx but change the title around and the description to make it unique to Mixx.

Mixx and Digg are the most trusted sites around for getting a post listed in a search engine. Those two sites will now be giving you two solid back links to your site.

Your efforts to building one way back links to your website/blog is an ongoing process and one where you should be targeting quality back links.

I use a free system where I write my posts, just like this one, and I submit it to a site. When I submit my post I can then nominate thirty (30) niche targeted blogs where those posts will be added. On each posts I will have two (2) anchor text links directing back to my website/blog.

I will now have sixty (60) quality niche targeted, authority site back links to my site. Not reciprocal, but pure, fresh one way inbound to my site backlinks.
