Help with San Diego Home Telephone Service
I got an interesting letter in the mail today. It was from my old phone company. I left them a long time ago because of poor customer service and horrible billing mistakes. They didn’t care enough then to try harder or to fix the problems, but it would seem that my old telephone company wants me to come back. The letter I got offered me a great deal to come back to them. I tore it up and threw it away. There’s no way I’m going back.
I have my San Diego home telephone service though my cable company now. I have no complaints and I save a lot of money. There is no way I am going back to the old company. My phone goes through the Internet, and though that does have a few drawbacks, it is not enough to get me to go back to rude customer service reps and huge mistakes on my bill. No cheap telephone service is worth going through that ever again. If I have my way, I will stay with my cable company for a long time.
Perhaps my old internet telephone service in Solana Beach has no idea what it is doing wrong. The truth is, the price is not as important as what comes with your service. When I call my cable company about my telephone service, I am always treated with respect, and have never had an unpleasant experience with them. They are better all the way around, and this is why I choose to stay with them. My old company could offer me free phone for six months and I would not go back.
That statement alone should tell you just how bad things got before I had enough and went to the trouble to switch my entire house to cable internet and phone. Though this is not something that everyone can get, I would tell anyone who was thinking of leaving bad Solana Beach's local telephone service for cable phone that they are not going to be disappointed. Though you lose your phone when the power goes out, that is nothing compared to the treatment some companies dish out.
Your telephone service in San Diego will be just fine through cable, and you probably won’t have to put up with bad service. All companies are different, but anything has got to be better than that. I have moved around a lot, and I don’t think I have ever dealt with a pleasant traditional phone company.
